Fees & Financing
This is a fee for service practice. We accept M&T Bank financing and most major credit cards, including American Express. We do not accept insurance. Payment in full is required for each service at that time. There are no refunds. Emergency appointments for patients who are not of record are subject to a non refundable booking fee that is determined by the type and time created to address the problem. This fee is separate from other charges.
